Euro Caravans Newsletter - July 2018

July Newsletter

Hi

It’s been a busy and exciting month at the Euro Caravans Warehouse. We had our End of Financial Year Sale, been busy preparing our caravans for handover to the newest members of the Euro Caravans Family, and our Business Manager has been meeting with the manufacturers over in Europe to develop new and exciting features and products which will enhance your caravanning experience.

On top of this, like many of you, we know that this is the time of year where we are looking to stay warm and cosy – which also means ensuring our energy sources are functioning and affordable. In this newsletter we want to help you understand the different options available when supplying power to your caravan, as well as introducing you to the newly released Solar Mat we are now stocking.

We hope you enjoy this month’s newsletter…and happy travels to you all!

Supplying Power to Your Caravan

You have many different options when it comes to how you supply power to your caravan, and understanding the electrical systems in your caravan is not always easy.

A few decades ago, nearly all the caravans which were on the roads in Australia had very simple electrical systems: 230V mains supply for a small amount of powerpoints and a simple lighting system.

Times have definitely changed!

Read our full blog post to find out what you should know about the different power options for your caravan.

10% Discount on Insurance for Full Fibreglass Caravans

When choosing the right caravan for you, there are lots of things to consider. One of the big items which have been up for a lot of debate is whether to pick a fibreglass or aluminium caravan.

Euro Caravans and its manufacturers have researched and tested this topic at great lengths, and have realised that for Australian conditions, fibreglass comes out on top as it is a resistant material that is known to withstand events such as hailstorms, leaving minimal damage. Small dents and scratches are often easy to repair, and fibreglass is also relatively easy to clean.

We aren’t the only ones who have realised this, and insurance companies in Australia are starting to respond by offering a discount on their premiums to owners of all-fibreglass caravans.

Euro Caravans has had a long and successful association with CIL Insurance to establish preferred policies and service for our customers. Find out more about insurance for your Euro Caravan here.
